SupportSoft Inc. debuted its new “ServiceVerify” software verification tool for voice-over-Internet-protocol rollouts.
The new software can automatically validate the installation of a customer’s VoIP service and assist in diagnosing problems.
Features include “SmartIssue,” a template-based way to encapsulate network best practices for VoIP, and guided problem resolution to help customer-service representatives and field technicians solve problems more efficiently.
