Home Box Office has named Simon Sutton president of HBO International.
Sutton had been executive vice president, international television at MGM Worldwide Television Distribution.
At HBO, he will be responsible for overseeing worldwide pay and basic television ventures including the wholly-owned Warner Channel in Latin America, as well as strategic partnerships that operate programming networks in approximately 50 countries and territories.
