Turner Broadcasting System on Monday named Paul Condolora as its new senior vice president of digital for its Animation, Young Adults and Kids Media Group.
Condolora will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital strategy and product development for TBS’s cable properties including Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, SuperDeluxe and GameTap.
Most recently, Condolora served as SVP and general manager for Cartoon Network New Media, developing new branded products and services for broadband, VOD, mobile and interactive television distribution platforms.
He also oversaw the creative development and day-to-day operations for CartoonNetwork.com and all of its related sites, including the network’s upcoming multi-player online game Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall.
“The new media space continues to be an exciting opportunity and I look forward to this new challenge to spearhead the overall strategic direction of our digital brands for the Animation, Young Adults and Kids Media Group,” he said in a statement.
On Friday, Cartoon Network announced the appointment of Robert Swartz as its vice president of original series for the 95 million-subscriber network.
Condolora joined Cartoon Network Online in 2000 as vice president of business development.
