Tegna has completed the sale of its McLean, Va. headquarters for $270 million Tamares. The former Gannett broadcasting division, which previously announced the sale back July, will continue to occupy a portion of the building for the next 18 months.
Tamares is a private invesment group with holdings in the U.S. and Europe.
