Third Season of MSG Network's Bio Series 'Begins' with Knicks Point Guard Felton
MSG Network will tip off of the third season of its biography series Beginnings with a look at New York Knicks point Raymond Felton on election night.
Leading out the Knicks-Charlotte Bobcats game at Madison Square Garden on Nov. 5, Beginnings, which showcases the origins of MSG players and personalities, will take a behind-the-scenes looks at Felton in his hometown of Latta, South Carolina, where viewers will be introduced to his family, visit the house he grew up in, check out his former schools and attend his camp.
“When it got real dark out here, there’s no point of even looking at the ball, so that always kept me dribbling the ball without looking,” said Felton, recalling his childhood routines. “Over there they had some bad dogs…so my biggest thing was just to keep control of the ball and make sure I didn’t lose it.”
Season three of Beginnings will also feature Felton’s Knicks teammates J.R. Smith and Tim Hardaway Jr., Hall of Famer and MSG Network broadcaster Walt ‘Clyde’ Frazier, former New York Rangers Adam Graves and Nick Fotiu, and current Broadway Blueshirts Derek Dorsett, John Moore and Derick Brassard.
