Time Warner Cable South Carolina division vice president of public affairs Bud Tibshrany announced his retirement.
Tibshrany spent 11 years at his current post. Prior to that, he also held cable-industry positions with Cablevision Industries, Columbia Cable TV and Cosmos Cablevision.
He was also a two-term president of the South Carolina Cable Television Association.
