Time Warner Cable has promoted Terence Rafferty to president of its Rochester, N.Y., division.
Rafferty had been senior vice president and general manager for Time Warner Cable New York City.
He succeeds Jeffrey Hirsch, who will leave Rochester in late January to take on the role of Los Angeles Metro region division president at the close of the Adelphia Communications Corp. transaction.
