Time Warner Cable has elevated Michelle Kim to vice president and chief counsel of programming.
Kim had been senior counsel for programming.
In her new role, she will oversee a team of lawyers responsible for all legal matters related to programming and participate in the negotiation of the MSO’s programming deals.
