Chicago-Looking to expand the brand for its Zap2it electronic program guide, Tribune Media Services launched a Zap2it.com Web site offering local television and movie listings.
Users who surf to the company's current listings sites, UltimateTV.com and TVQuest.com, will be linked to the new site.
Tribune, which provides TV-listings data to newspapers and EPG vendors, began pitching its own EPG to cable operators last year.
