Mark Bautz joined Gemstar-TV Guide International in the newly created position of editor in chief of TV Guide Online.
Bautz held the same title at People.com, where he developed and implemented the site’s editorial strategy and oversaw all of its daily original content.
At TV Guide, along with oversight of the flagship Web site, he will direct content efforts at recently acquired sites including Jump the Shark, TVShowsOnDVD.com, FansofRealityTV.com and TVNow.
