TVN Entertainment Corp. announced several video-on-demand pacts Monday.
The company will provide VOD programming and services to Wave Broadband in Seattle; Bend Broadband in Bend, Ore.; Metrocast Cablevision in the Northeastern United States; PurDigital Media in Georgia; Sunflower Cablevision in Kansas; and Massillon Cable TV in Ohio.
“TVN has both the breadth of programming and the advanced technical platform that make it extremely easy for operators to enter the on-demand business,” TVN senior vice president of affiliate relations and distribution John Smith said in a prepared statement.
“We offer the industry’s only single-source solution for all VOD content -- movie, adult, premium, basic and VOD virtual networks -- for a cost-effective and compelling on-demand service,” he added.
