And new marketing coordinator Shera Higgs-Thomson has extensive events-marketing and communications-planning experience for organizations including the 2005 Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Mercy Hospital Foundation and the PGA Course and Resort in West Palm Beach, Fla.
