Liberty Global Inc. said Tuesday that it has completed the previously announced sale of 100% of its Norwegian cable business, UPC Norge AS (UPC Norway).
The operator was sold to Candover Partners Ltd. for approximately $542 million after adjustments, some $212 million of which will be used to repay debt associated with this asset.
