J.D. Vaughn has joined BayPackets Inc. as vice president of global sales and marketing.
Vaughn had been general manager for the Americas at RADVISION Ltd.
At the vendor of service delivery platforms and applications that enable wireless, wireline and cable operators to bundle and deliver enhanced-voice and data services, he will be responsible for driving worldwide sales and global awareness.
