Hal H. Bibee Sr. has joined VoIP Inc. as president.
Bibee had been managing a portfolio of companies both inside and outside of the telecommunications field.
At VoIP Inc., he will help the company to develop its business resources as it continues to grow within the voice-over-Internet-protocol marketplace.
