B. Michael Adler has joined VoIP Inc. as chairman and CEO.
Adler had been founder and chairman of WQN Inc., as well as CEO of Eagle Venture Capital LLC.
He succeeds founder, chairman and CEO Steven Ivester, who will become the company's corporate strategist.
