Karen Cleeve joined Vonage as vice president of public relations and communications.
Cleeve had been a director for software-applications provider SAP at PR agency Burson-Marsteller.
In her new role at the voice-over-Internet-protocol provider, she will oversee communications programs directed toward consumers and employees.
