NEW YORK -Courtroom Television Network promoted Betsy Vorce to executive vice president of corporate affairs, a newly created post, officials said last week.
Vorce, previously senior vice president, will continue to be responsible for all internal and external communications for Court TV. She will also oversee a number of cross-departmental projects throughout the company.
"Betsy has built an outstanding team of professionals who play a significant part in getting the word out about Court TV's momentum and turnaround to our various constituencies," Court TV chairman and CEO Henry Schleiff said in a prepared statement.
Vorce, a veteran of WinStar New Media and Viacom Inc., joined Court TV in 1999.
