John Welch has joined Concurrent Computer Corp. as vice president of engineering for its video-on-demand division.
Welch had been VP of system performance for subscriber networks at Scientific-Atlanta Inc.
In his new position, he will lead the division's efforts in developing, testing and integrating on-demand solutions, reporting to division president Steve Necessary.
