WNBA Adds Single Game, Team Options To Out-Of-Market Package
The WNBA will mark its 20th season with a rebranded and enhanced live game out-of-market package.
Formerly dubbed WNBA LiveAccess, the newly branded WNBA League Pass will for the first time offer single game and team pass options for fans of the women's pro basketball league, said WNBA officials. The subscription package will launch May 14 with a free preview through May 17.
The full-season package will retail at $16.99, with the single game offering priced at $1.99 per game. The Team Pass option, in which fans can follow one of the 12 WNBA teams throughout the regular season, will retail at $9.99, according to the league.
The WNBA League Pass package can also be accessed via posts from the league’s social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. New “watch” links highlighted in posts will launch the newly redesigned WNBA App for package subscribers to view games, said league officials.
