Wonder Women Judging Criteria
Selection of Wonder Women will be based on the following criteria. Letters supporting a candidacy should explain why the nominee has:
• Delivered significant top-line or bottom-line results to her company, over a sustained period of time.
• Notably enhanced business prospects for the multichannel multimedia industry as whole.
• Demonstrated outstanding leadership, both within her company and the industry.
• Clearly contributed to a productive, collaborative, respectful workplace.
• Effectively developed talent within the organization.
• Exhibited extraordinary innovation, creativity and resourcefulness in fulfilling goals.
