Woodrow Joins Terayon Board

Former Cox Communications Inc. and Qwest Digital Media executive David
Woodrow has joined the board of Terayon Communication Systems Inc.

Woodrow helped to launch Cox Business Services, which provided high-speed
access to commercial accounts.
