WWE Names Renee Young To ‘Raw’ Announcing Team
USA Network’s WWEMonday Night Raw pro wrestling series will feature a new on-air announcer as the WWE has tapped Renee Young to join the live show’s broadcast booth, the WWE announced Monday.
Young, who previously served as a backstage interviewer and commentator on the WWE’s Raw, Smackdown and NXT shows, will join Michael Cole and Corey Graves on the weekly, three-hour Raw show, said the WWE.
In addition, WWE named Jonathan Coachman as the new host of the organization’s pay-per-view kickoff shows. Coachman, who as hosted shows for WWE, ESPN, MSG Network and the Golf Channel over a more than 20-year career, will begin his new role this Sunday (Sept 16) with the WWE’s Hell In a Cell PPV event, according to company officials.
